B12 weight loss ?

Apparently B12 can assist in weight loss. According to an article on LiveStrong.com, "Supplement companies say B vitamins boost a person's metabolism, leading to improved weight management. According to the National Institutes of Health's Office of Dietary Supplements (NIHODS), B vitamins are also marketed as "energy boosters," aimed at enhancing athletic performance and physical exercise capabilities."
-studies have been done however by some nutritionist and have claimed that B12 does not possess these amazing weight loss abilites.
- the only known facts about B12 are these: B vitamins contribute to red blood cell formation, hormone function and neurological functions. possibly heart functions & cognitive functions also.
- deficient of B vitamins and these are the effects: irritability, depression, confusion, mouth sores and inflammation of the tongue.
its silly to think that a mere vitamin or in other words "pill" could change our whole bodies physique. so loose weight the natural way and eat healthy, exercise and be happy. cheers!

contradicting ideals

According to BBC NEWS, in a article they claim B12 is linked to developing Alzheimer's disease. While they did not given reasons to how or if it is even a solid idea the way they worded their article makes it very deceiving. According to Natural News.com the mainstream media manipulates words to make it seem like another way. - I don't understand fully why they would purposefully do that to people but I know that it happens.

so moral of the story is to do your research! on both sides so you can make a wise decision on what to believe in once you have all the facts.
